Terms and Conditions
So you have selected the vacation rental which is perfect. Here’s what happens next:

We require payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express . 50% of the total rental amount plus all taxes and fees is due at time of booking.

If bringing pets, the owners could ask for an additional pet deposit and/or a pet fee. Pets are not permitted without owner approval. Pets in units without approval will cause the guests to be asked to leave and all money paid will be forfeit.

30 days prior to check in, the balance due will need to be received by Estes Park Property Management.

If making the reservation within 30 days of arrival, we will require the rental payment in full immediately.

Seven days upon arrival if the rental agreement has been signed electronically, we will send check-in information on how to get to the property and lockbox codes or keypad code and lots of other important information!

When checking out, follow the check out instructions that are emailed to you and just leave the key in the lockbox. We will take care of it from there.

We inspect each property following your department and will notify you of any issues found. Most of the time, there isn’t any problems to report.
Sound easy? Well it is easy. We try to make the process easy so you can be enjoying Estes Park.
If something comes up and a cancellation is needed, here’s how that is handled:
•Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
• Refunds are not given for an early departure for any circumstances.

Smoking is NOT permitted in any unit.
Smoke outside.
All pets require prior approval.
