Lazy Dayz—Right Downtown Estes Park!

Recommend staying here & visiting Este Park. Home is a great location, well stocked & clean. The property manager is responsive. Book direct with company to get the best service.

House was better than advertised. Excellent location and we walked into town along the river every day. One turn and on the road to RMNP. Clean and updated. And A/C which was unexpected. Host was great.

We stayed for 4 weeks in June/July 2026. The best part of the rental is its location, the garage, and the cleanliness of the unit.. The view from the deck is great. You can walk two blocks to downtown shops and RMNP is 10 minutes away and you can walk to the tram. We would definitely stay again. The only negatives (for some people) is that the house sits at the top of a steep hill and walking up from Moraine in altitude can be tough. The layout of the house is also a little weird with the queen sized bed in the master very tight on the left side and no night stand. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed/futon that works but the room is much colder than upstairs. The unit does have A/C and washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped. The garage was great with a remote opener as parking is a premium in Estes Park. There is an outdoor grill. Finally, there are several bars and restaurants near the property.. The Barrel has rotating food trucks. Bogies is across the street that has live music but it stops at 10:00 pm if you are a light sleeper. Bed was comfortable.

Great location, close to town. Host was very responsive.

The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere downtown, and we were a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
