How do I book a home?
You can book directly on our website by using the home page to enter your desired dates and the number of guests; if those dates are available, the properties will appear, and you can explore each one, pick your favorite, and click "Book now" on the right-hand side. Can I bring my pet?
Some of our homes allow pets, while others do not. You can check each property’s pet policy online or call our office for help finding a pet-friendly home that’s just right for you and your furry friend.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes offer a full-service experience, with spacious rooms, full kitchens, and amenities like BBQ grills (some not all have grills), game rooms, and hot tubs (depending on the property). You’ll feel like you’re coming “home” every time you visit—much more comfortable than a small, cramped hotel room.

What is your cancellation policy?
• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if your check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• For longer stays (30 days or more), cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a 100% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or for early departures.
• No refunds for no shows
• No refunds for early departures for any circumstances

When do I receive check-in instructions?
Once you’ve paid in full and signed the rental agreement, you’ll receive an email about a week before your check-in date. This will include the property address, lock box codes, and other important information.

Where and when do I check in?
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. You’ll use your check-in instructions to drive directly to your property. If you arrive early and haven’t paid for early check-in, please wait until your scheduled time to avoid an extra fee.

What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 10:00 am unless we’ve approved a late check-out.

Is there heat and air conditioning at the property?
All our rental properties have heat. Some homes do not have air conditioning, as Estes Park’s average summer temperature is 75°F—perfect for opening windows and enjoying the cooling breeze.

What does the property include?
Our homes are stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable:
• Bedrooms: linens, blankets, pillows
• Bathrooms: towels, extra towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap
• Kitchens: cups, mugs, plates, utensils, knives, dish soap, dishwasher soap (if applicable), paper towels
