Nystrom-Antique cozy one-story condo

My wife and two tween/teenage kids spent the July 4th week enjoying this home. The location was perfect for quickly shopping at the Safeway or getting take out in Estes Park and also getting to the RMNP quickly each morning for our daily hiking. The view out the front door and windows was majestic, straight at the mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A couple things to note: the home is at elevation so it has no AC. This was fine for us for the most part, once the sun went down the house cooled off quickly. It never got above 80F degrees outside and the lows every morning were in the 50F's. Moreover, there are two fans that help move the air around where ever you need them. Second, the TV is an older 36in. Not a big deal but made watching World Cup soccer just okay. Overall, we loved the old school charm of the house and would rent there again. It met all of our needs.

The property was as advertised, one drawback was we had planned to cook some of our meals on the grill, when we got there there was sign on it to not use it.

Nice little place. Clean, quiet. Hope to come back again.

This was my second time staying at the Nystrom condo. The condo is in a great location near Lake Estes with superb views of the mountains; it’s in a quiet neighborhood and only about 10-15 minutes from one of the RMNP entrances. The condo is clean and spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was easy and the property management folks were responsive if we had any questions. I’d definitely stay here again!
