Cascade Suite 226- With Seasonal Pool Access

Beautiful lofted 2nd floor, one bedroom, one bath and pull out couch. Both beds were better than expected! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The view from the back balcony was incredible. The water sounds from Fall River were amazing. We left the windows open at night to enjoy it! The proximity to Fall Creek entrance of RMNP was excellent. That was a pleasant surprise. The drive into town was easy and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Made our EP trip extra fun having some morning guests of some Elk in the parking lot.

We loved the location right next to Fall River and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We enjoyed our stay for two guests at the VRBO. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for two. A small suggestion to improve the stay is to provide a trash can/container in the bathroom. Note: There is no AC but we used the fan that was supplied in the living room and the bedroom equipped with ceiling fan. Keeping the windows open really helped, too. (If there is an AC we couldn't get it to work--we didn't bother contacting the lesser, though--we just managed without it). I did have some issues when checking before the arrival date because i could not get the lease agreement to load with the link they provided. I had to manually type in each letter/number/symbol of the URL address to get it to work.

My concern about this property is the staircase going up to the front door. The railing was very wide so you did not have anything to hang onto.
