This little condo is even better in person. Everything you could need. Very clean, nice mini kitchen (bigger than a kitchenette) and bathroom, nice furnishings, right on the river. Elk come and visit and there appears to be a resident marmot! Very close to RMNP, far enough from town to be quiet but close enough for all the convenience. Loved our stay.

Nice stay! Loved the river and sounds outside! Verbo fees and taxes a little on the high side. Good distance to many attractions. Would stay again.

The Condo was perfect! The location was superb. My only suggestion was they need a new coffee maker. I made a pot our first morning and the handle on the carafe broke off with the carafe full of hot coffee. I caught it so no injury but it’s very dangerous. ( Obviously) I suggest a modern keurig coffee maker for ease. How can we request the same condo in the future.? The Elks were also very entertaining.
