How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 970-586-1606 and a reservationist will be glad to help you.
                  
Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 970-586-1606 and a reservationist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
 
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and all properties have BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full-service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
 
When do I recieve check-in instructions?
You will receive check-in instructions which have the address, lock box codes and other important information once you have paid in full. You will receive an email about a week before your check in date with the check-in instructions.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
If something comes up and a cancellation is needed, here’s how that is handled:
• Has the rental payment been made? If not, the reservation is probably more than 30 days away from the arrival date. If that is so, then the renter will receive a refund of 100% of the money paid.
• If you are canceling within the 30 days of arrival, payment has been made in full; you will forfeit your money.
• If the renter has to forfeit the entire rental amount, the damage deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full.
• Refunds are not given for an early departure for any circumstances.

Where and when do I check-in?
Check in time is 3:00 pm unless we have approved an earlier check-in time. When you arrive in Estes Park, you will use the check-in instructions to drive directly to your property after 3:00 pm. If you arrive later in the evening that is not a problem for you drive directly to the property.  We do charge for early check-ins so if you arrive early and have not paid for the early check-in, please wait until 3:00 pm in order to avoid an early check in fee being added to your reservation.  
 
What time is check- out time?
Check-out time is 10 a.m. unless we have approved a late check-out.

What does the property have already?
The property already has a lot of the necessities to be your home away from home. Our kitchens come fully stocked with cups, mugs, plates, spoons, forks, knives and ect.  If there is a dishwasher we provide dishwasher soap and if there is not we provide dish soap you use by hand. Also we provide paper towels. Our bedrooms are supplied with linens, blankets, pillows, and hangers for the closets. Our bathrooms come stocked with towels, extra towels, toilet paper, bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and hand soap. 
 
Is there heat and air-conditioning at the property?
All of our rental properties have heat. Our vacation homes do not have air conditioning since Estes Park's average daily temperature of 75 degrees fahrenheit during the summer is not quiet hot enough for a/c. Also during the spring/summer months we have a cooling breeze, perfect for opening the windows and cooling right off.
