Charming Log Cabin!

Truly an amazing cabin stay for a couples trip in Colorado! Our only recommendation is 4 wheel drive and making sure you have a map or gps if service goes out!

The cabin itself was nice and in a quiet peaceful area. The check in instructions weren’t very clear; a code for a lockbox was sent, however there was no mention of where it was. I walked around the cabin a few times before I found it. Also I got a message from them after check out with pictures showing scratches to the door frame and front door (interior) asking if I knew what happened. I didn’t pay much attention to this area; we are two adult siblings in our mid-late 30’s traveling alone with no pets or kids. We spent most of our day out and came back to eat dinner and sleep. Thankfully I always save pictures from the original listing (pictures the host posted themselves) and after zooming to that area on the door and sharpening the image I could see the damage they were asking me about had clearly already been there. Also there were random apple slices tossed around behind the cabin and loose trash in the outdoor garbage can upon arrival; both big no’s in bear country area.
